This can be caused by several reasons:
i. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive and must be entered EXACTLY as given. This means that an "B" is different than an "b".
ii. Sometimes an "el" may be mistaken as the number one, or visa versa.
iii. Sometimes an uppercase "eye" may be mistaken as a lowercase "el", or visa versa.
iv. Sometimes an "oh" may be mistaken as a zero, or visa versa.
v. Some times a "que" is mistaken for a "gee", or visa versa.
vi. Sometimes a space is inadvertently entered at the end of either the username or password or both.
vii. Ensure that you are accessing the websites “home page”
viii. Sometimes your browser's cache will retain a past incorrect attempt. You may have to reload your browser, close and reopen your browser or reboot your computer.
